John SansburyJohn is a Senior Advisor of Experton Group has spent many enjoyable years working as an IT practitioner for Philips and London Electricity and since 1997 as an IT consultant for clients ranging from UK banks through Australian contact centres to global petrochemicals.

One of John’s strengths is in the field of Service Management where his ITIL qualifications as an examiner, accredited trainer and speaker as well as his contribution to CobiT4 has taken him around the world working with organisations both large and small to improve their IT process management and thus performance. John recently added to his portfolio by co-authoring the British Computer Society’s new guide to ITIL Foundation and is now working on a book describing the Operational Support and Analysis processes for intermediate exam candidates.

John also has expertise in the field of contact and call centre performance improvement and has worked with organisations from Northampton to Newcastle (New South Wales) to improve their operations.  He has also advised clients on sourcing strategies, consolidation scenarios, costing and charging systems, service level agreements and customer management and reporting systems.
